Overview
Our villa is located near Rome in the gorgeous Italian countryside near the medieval village of Casperia. Rich in history, we give a walking tour to our guests to the top of the village and the ancient church situated there. Walking is the only mode of transportation in Casperia and is worth every step taken. The views are amazing as it overlooks the valley full of vineyards and olive groves. Casperia truly is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Our property sits within our families vineyard and if you are lucky enough to visit us in September, we will take you out to help pick grapes to be used in the making of the family wine served at the Villa and sold locally. We also produce large amounts of olive oil. You will see the machinery and if the season is right, how we press the olives for the most green oil you've ever tasted! Each guest is sent home with a sample of wine and olive oil fresh from our vineyards and olive groves.
We offer informal get togethers in the evening for our guests to come together and cook our local fare. We will teach you how to make various pasta, pizza, sauces and many other wonderful foods from our region. Get to know the other guests or just relax by the pool, meander into town and have a romantic dinner at the local restaurant or enjoy a cappuccino at the local Blu Bar, take the family to local restaurants in the area for the best and biggest pizza. Our villa makes a great base to go out and explore the countryside, Rome, or any of the other wonderful little villages here in the Lazio region.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
