Overview

the apartment is fully furnished, its size is about 70 square meters.
-sea and mountain view.
-sleeps 4-5 people, in 2 twin/double rooms, plus 1 fold out bed(not sofa bed) in the eating room.
-Kichenette.
-large eating room communicating with large sheltered veranda with sea and mountain view.
-bathroom fully furnished, with shower, electric water-heater.
-small balcony with sea view in one of the bed rooms.
-TV.
-small "extra" bathroom with shower, with entrance from the yard.
-private yard with space for one car, bikes, and motor/bikes. Plenty of free-public parking places, along road in front of your apartment.
-possibility of using a washing machine (400 mt.), which we put at the disposal of our guests.

Location & area

900\1000 meters from the sea, and we have some other apartments which are closer to the beach, though this is one of the prettiest and quietest, because of its position.

km.40 from the main nearest town, NUORO.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
  • If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
  • Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
