The property's maid, who lives in a flat at the rear of the farmhouse, ensures comfort for guests whilst maintaining privacy. Outside there is a flora-covered terrace over looking the well tended garden and large pool, which also features a poolside gazebo, Jacuzzi and a sauna cabin. Horse riding and watersports on Lake Bracciano, can be arranged via the owner at extra cost. The picturesque town of Bracciano borders the lake and features a medieval castle and lots of restaurants. There is a direct rail service from Bracciano to Rome, only 45km away. Local rail services occasionally pass behind the boundary of the property.
