The ancient town of Bosa, a relaxing seaside destination, is situated on the west coast of Sardinia, a short distant from the city of Alghero with its international airport. The property to rent is an independent two-storey structure located in a small bright pedestrian alley, a short distance from the main thoroughfare of Bosa, (near the river Temo, and a short distance from the beach). The entire building and its façade was restored less than two years ago and boasts solid wood windows, ceilings with wooden beams, two verandas with decorative railings, all true to the original style. The building is composed of two floors divided into two separate units/ apartments, 30 square metres each. Both units consist of a large open space with a kitchenette made of stone which contain; a four ring cooker-top, fridge, freezer, TV, air conditioners, complete bathroom suite, sofa, double bed, single bed, and furniture made to measure all in natural wood. Access to each apartment is through a shared corridor from the main entrance. An inner courtyard completes the two units and is suitable for alfresco dining and barbequing. The courtyard also contains a large storage space; laundry area with washing machine, pantry, and an additional storage space for sporting equipment. It is available to rent as two separate units, or as one complete space combining the two floors, all at a very reasonable price.
