Casa Pescallo is located in Pescallo, one of the most ancient hamlets of Bellagio.Here you can find a nice pebble beach and small harbour with sailing boats: a little quaint spot of Bellagio.
The property has just fully refurbished and rennovated to bring you every modern convenience in a traditional Italian setting.
Pescallo and the Apartment are a very short distance from the ancient centre of Bellagio, and within walking distance ( about 5-7 minutes on foot-500 m far).
The Apartment is part of a 2-storey house, where each floor is independent from the other. The Apartment is 70 s/m
big and has a nice front garden, where you can relax on one of the deckchairs our Guests have on their disposal.
As it is located among gardens and holiday villas, the apartment can't be reached directly by car, but it is connected to the main road and a free parking area by a short path (20 m long).This position allows Guests to enjoy a peaceful and silent location, especially at night.

The Apartment comprises:
-2 double bedrooms: one with a bunk bed (big size-90cm x 200cm) and the other with a standard double bed, partial Lake view and some charming well-restored antiques furbishing.
- On request we can also provide a cot at ? 3 a day.
-Living-room with fireplace, sofa and armchair, satellite TV and DVD player.
-The kitchen is located in a side of the living room and is fully equipped with fridge & freezer, cooker (hob and oven), American coffee maschine and a bread toaster.
-Bathroom with shower, washing machine & hair-dryer.
*Crockery, cutlery, linen and towels are provided*

There is a free parking area at a distance of 30 m from the Apartment.
Extra cleanings during the stay can be arranged before booking, at the rate of Euro 10 each.
Rates include light, water, gas&heathing costs (indipendent heating), final cleaning and taxes.No extra miscellaneous fees are added to the rate.
