Overview

This apartment is ideal for families or small groups, or for anyone who loves comfort and open spaces.
It occupies the entire ground floor of the house and it has a beautiful garden (where we see a glimpse of the lake).
With a married bedroom and two double bedrooms (married on request). Two bathrooms, both with wc, bidet, double basin, one with shower and the other one with bath and shower separated.
Large and equipped kitchen (table for 8-10 people), bright living room with married sofa bed and fireplace (wood on request).
Each room has direct access to the garden!
The garden (private!) Is equipped with umbrella, chairs and tables, sun-beds and barbeque!
service:satellite TV, telephone, free Internet access Wi-Fi, heating. The kitchen is super-equipped,also with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster and American coffee machine. Moreover: washing machine, necessary to iron. Hairdryer in every bathroom.

Linens and towels are provided!
Children welcome: You can request cots and high chairs.
There are extra beds available (upon request).
Pets welcome!!
Next to the property there is a large public parking, but you can also reserve parking place in the private garage of the house (free).

Location & area

Bellagio is situated at the head of the promontory at the estremity of the vast mountainous. The apartment, in the suburb of San Gioavnni, enjoys a privileged position, you can easily reach the centre to dive in the life of Bellagio, between boutique and shops, bars and restaurants ....
Or relax yourself in the garden away from the confusion of the centre.
We are in a sunny and quite position, a few metres from the lake and the free beach, the harbour, the park and the Naval Museum.
In less than 5 minutes (on foot!) you can reach the food shop, making all the provisions, and the restaurant Mella, where you can enjoy fresh fish lake. In addition: the bus stop, the boat and the turistic train.
We look forward to welcoming our guests and to be available during the entire stay.
