Overview

This apartment is ideal for families or couples!
Large and bright apartment (90 square metres- at the first floor), accommodates up to 4 people.
It has a bedroom (twin or married on request), a bathroom with wc, bidet, double basin, shower and bath separated. Kitchen with all mod cons, (table for 4 persons) and large living room with married sofa bed and fireplace (wood on request).
From the balcony you can see a glimpse of the lake!
The apartment can use the garden in common, equipped with umbrella, tables and chairs and sun-beds.
Parking garage on request (no extra cost).

The kitchen is super-equipped,also with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster and American coffee machine. Moreover: washing machine, necessary to iron. Hairdryer. Location & area

Bellagio is situated at the head of the promontory at the estremity of the vast mountainous. The apartment, in the suburb of San Gioavnni, enjoys a privileged position, you can easily reach the centre to dive in the life of Bellagio, between boutique and shops, bars and restaurants .... Or relax yourself in the garden away from the confusion of the centre. We are in a sunny and quite position, a few metres from the lake and the free beach, the harbour, the park and the Naval Museum. In less than 5 minutes (on foot!) you can reach the food shop, making all the provisions, and the restaurant Mella, where you can enjoy fresh fish lake. In addition: the bus stop, the boat and the turistic train. We look forward to welcoming our guests and to be available during the entire stay. We are open all year!
