This apartment is ideal for families or couples! welcoming Large and bright (90 square metres- at the first floor), accommodates up to 4 people. It has a married bedroom, a bathroom with wc, bidet, double basin and bath. Kitchen with all mod cons, (table for 4 persons) and large living room with married sofa bed and balcony. From the balcony you can see a glimpse of the lake! The apartment can use the garden in common, equipped with umbrella, tables and chairs and sun-beds. Parking garage on request (no extra cost). service:satellite TV, telephone, Internet access Wi-Fi free, heating, air conditioning. The kitchen is super-equipped,also with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster and American coffee machine. Moreover: washing machine, necessary to iron. Hairdryer. Bellagio is situated at the head of the promontory at the estremity of the vast mountainous.

Peninsula which divides the lake forming the Como branch to the west and the Lecco branch to the east.

The promontory of Bellagio juts out into the central basin of the lake. This position gives it an extraordinary variety of views and this is one of the reasons why Bellagio has always been known as the "Perla del Lario" - the Pearl of Lake Como.The most ancient part of Bellagio occupies that area at the end of the promontory and is knows as the Borgo. "Casa Lory" is situated in one of this suburbs, S.Giovanni. Bellagio enjoys a sweet and moderated climate. The wonderful vegetation colors the surrounding hills from the spring to the end of the summer; from september, in the gardens and parks, the wonderful autumnal colors explode.
