Overview

this apartment is an attic on the second floor of this private villa, it can accommodate 4 persons. There are two bedrooms, one with married bed and one with twin beds, a bathroom (wc, bidet, sink, bath). Kitchen facilities (table for 4-6 people) and living room. In this apartment there is air conditioning, (usually required only in July). service: satellite TV, telephone, Internet access Wi-Fi free, heating. The kitchen is super-equipped,also with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster and American coffee machine. Moreover: washing machine, necessary to iron. Hairdryer. Linens and towels provided! Children welcome: You can request cots and high chairs. Pets welcome!! Next to the property there is a large public parking (free). (own car recommended but not essential) Guests can enjoy the garden in common, equipped with umbrella, sun-beds, table and chairs. Garage on request (no extra cost).

Bellagio is situated at the head of the promontory at the estremity of the vast mountainous. The apartment, in the suburb of San Gioavnni, enjoys a privileged position, you can easily reach the centre to dive in the life of Bellagio, between boutique and shops, bars and restaurants .... Or relax yourself in the garden away from the confusion of the centre. We are in a sunny and quite position, a few metres from the lake and the free beach, the harbour, the park and the Naval Museum. In less than 5 minutes (on foot!) you can reach the food shop, making all the provisions, and the restaurant Mella, where you can enjoy fresh fish lake. In addition: the bus stop, the boat and the turistic train. We look forward to welcoming our guests and to be available during the entire stay. We are open all year!
