Overview

Our house was built in 2005 with all the reclaimed material from the ruin of the farm house. It is authentic in design, however internally no expense has been spared in ensuring first class accommodation. All the modern fixtures and fittings add to a warm and comfortable vacation and the English owners will provide a service supporting this. Each room has an en-suite and breakfast may be taken on the terrace during the warm summer days. Evening meals may be provided on request. Our rooms each hold their own individual views either the hill top towns of Monte San Martino and Penna San Giovanni across the valley or the Sibillini mountains. Local towns of Amandola, Comunanza, Servigliano, Sarnano provide all the amenities for eating, shopping, estate agents. Bed and breakfast is included, (continental).
