7 km long sandy beach directly in front of the door - this offers Villa Baratta. The fantastic location and convenient facilities make this house a unique vacation home, here are the beach and the blue sea only few steps away, because the garden adjacent directly to the beach. The semidetached house lies within a residential park in the small seaside resort Ascea, in the heart of the Cilento National Park and allows you a vacation without a car, as shops, bars and restaurants are easily within walking distance. And only a few hundred meters away from Villa Baratta is the excavation site Velia, the forgotten town, known for its school of philosophers Cicero, Brutus and Parmenides. Wonderful walks, you can also undertake along the magnificent coastline or in the hinterland of Cilento. Thus, it is an ideal place to make your holiday memorable and when necessary associate with nature and culture. The interior of the house is very tasteful and valuable in the Mediterranean style. All bedrooms offers a balcony with sea view, or even one of the bedrooms have a large sea view terrace.
