Overview
The apartments have been tastefully finished and furnished in the old Tuscan style. You will find oak beams ceilings, red terracotta floors and iron beds' They are all provided with satellite TV. Laundry room with washing machine available for common use. BBQ.
Il CarpanoEntrance directly into a nice sitting/dining room with double sofa bed,table and chairs, on the left three steps lead into the kitchen, a door leads from the sitting room into a double bedroom giving onto a small room with a single bed and onto the bathroom with shower. EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, mini food processor.
The supply of glasses ,wine glasses, dishes ( soup plates,shallow plates, fruit plates, cutlery ,mugs, breakfast cups, tea pot, plenty of pans, pot.. cutting boards, cutting knives. Candle holders Hair dryer. Central heating.

The quiet, hilly, panoramic area is only three kilometres from the beautiful medieval hamlet of Laterina. The lodgings enjoy countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo; they are also the ideal base for many excursions to all Central Italy. Firenze, Siena, Cortona, lake Trasimeno and Perugia are not so far away; since there are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany .The shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most famous Italian fashion brands : such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi, D&G'

Our holiday home has been created by the lovingly and painstaking renovation of a large XVII century farmhouse, placed on the left bank of the Arno river, near the ancient Sanctuary of Santa Maria in Valle, the origins of which date back to the late Middle Ages.
A few kilometres from the house is the ancient hamlet of Laterina with its perfectly preserved town centre and ancient castle, the scene of fierce battles fought between the Municipality of Arezzo and the Florentine Republic.
The farmhouse, divided into one cottage and four apartments, is located on the slopes of one of the many hills which make up the foothills of the high peaks of Pratomagno and which at this point gently descend towards the Arno Its position is particularly privileged since combines the peace and tranquillity of the place with the opportunity of making fast and easy trips to the most interesting art cities of central Italy, in Tuscany and Umbria.

The house is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, where the swimming pool of 8 x 12 metres is situated, with a part for children (3x3 metres). The apartments have been tastefully finished and furnished in the old Tuscan style. You will find oak beams ceilings, red terracotta floors and iron beds'
Convenience store and many others are in the Village of Laterina,there you will also find a Bank, a pharmacy,bar and restaurants. 3 km from the houses.
All the area is full of nice places where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine.Either is Arezzo or in Montevarchi, there are big malls ( that for the standard of the area)
When you arrive at the house, you will find a book full of information , useful numbers, and proposal for nice trips around the area, and we will be there every morning to help you if you need help or information.
