Overview

The apartment is modern and decorated with Mediterranean Style. There is a large terrace running along the front with breathtaking vistas.
Entrance is on the first floor directly into a spacious and bright sitting / dining room with a double sofa bed and doors leading out on to a terrace with barbeque and sea view.
Separate kitchen with sink unit, oven hob and fridge /freezer. A shower room with Wc and washing machine, one spacious double bedroom with doors to the terrace.

Location & area

Outside stone steps (70) lead from road level to the gardens surrounding the building, and 20 indoor steps to the first floor of the building, bring us to the modernly furnished in typical Mediterranean style apartment.

We are three kilometres from bustling Amalfi town centre with its various intriguing facades, brightly coloured flowers flowing over balconies, and tranquil little courtyards, to be found either side of Via Genova and Via Capuano. Just in case though, there are two restaurants 500 metres away from the apartment and on the Santa Croce Beach directly below - this is accessible via a series of steps ( approximately 400 ), Bus stop just around the corner make it easy and cheap to travel around the area and for those with a car, there is parking along roadside.
