A Vacation Apartment in Fertilia, a quite residential area of Alghero.

This comfortable and well furnished apartment is fully equipped for short or long period (of 3 months or less) stay.

Our apartment is located in a strategic location, between the most beautiful beaches of Alghero and the town centre. The Calik beach is only 200 metres far from the apartment.

The apartment (85 m2 aprox.), is on the ground floor of a quite apartment building. It is composed from a large open plan living / dining area with lots of natural day light, a spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, one with shower, the second one with bath, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, balcony with table and chairs, car parking.
