Overview
The cottage has two double bedrooms, one of which is fitted with a large double bed and the other with two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed. There is a fold away bed available for a child in the larger of the double bedrooms, thereby sleeping 6 in total. The bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes, drawers and side cabinets.
There is a small cosy lounge fitted with a leather chesterfield 3 piece suite, display cabinets, raised electric flame effect fire, nest of small tables, TV plus DVD and Video player plus a library of over 50 films. The lounge has two windows with views to the front overlooking countryside.
The kitchen/dinning room is very large and is well equipped and includes electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, large pine dresser, large pine dinning table and chairs. There are three windows, two of which have fabulous views over the Shannon Estuary.

The location of the property is secluded and very private and is at the back of the hill overlooking the village of Tarbert; however the village is only a 15 minute walk away which gives easy access if you do not want to take the car with you on an evening out at the local pub.
Large gardens and fields of approximately 2 acres surround the cottage offering fabulous uninterrupted views all around the property. Large in and out drive with central flower bed, garden furniture includes table with 6 chairs and sun loungers. Directly from the cottage is an unmade path that leads through the fields down to a stoney beach.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
