Mrs Murphy's Cottage, is a delightful 3-bedroom family home which has been modernised to a very exacting standard, from the solid oak hand-built fitted kitchen with ceramic butler sink, a bright sun-lit front living room with luxury Tetrad quality sofa and solid-fuel burning stove, to the impeccable luxury bathroom with walk-in shower equipped with rain-bar, body jets and choice of shower heads. The kitchen has a beautiful porcelain tiled floor, and wooden flooring is fitted through the hall and all the bedrooms, with pine doors. Mrs Murphy's Cottage was our family home in Ireland, it is kept spotlessly clean and you will find inside it all the comforts you would expect in your own home. The main bedroom 2 was our daughter's bedroom, is very light and spacious with a huge wardrobe and a spare guest-bed. The bedroom 3 was our son's bedroom. We now use it as our own holiday home, and have decided to now let it as such to other discerning families. We are a non-smoking family.

Visit Ashford Castle on the shores of Lough Corrib with its 350 acre wooded parkland, or indulge in a Medieval Banquet at Bunratty Castle.



Go cruising, sailing or fishing on the River Shannon at Carrick and Athlone, or head towards the beach and seaside at Salthill in Galway or surf the waves at StrandHill in Sligo. Then come back and unwind in a comfortable family home with all the modern conveniences, a luxury bathroom equipped with power shower & body jets, have a welcoming romantic evening on the sofa by the cast iron wood-burning stove, or enjoy the many local eating venues of Mountbellew.
