Overview
Traditional style rural cottage in the heart of East Cork where agriculture is the primary focus of activities. The main bedroom has a double bed and it will suit 1-2 people max. This has oak flooring & leads into the kitchen area which has black slate flooring , high vaulted ceiling with velux to make it airy and bright. Shaker maple kitchen units, traditional style pine table with setting for 4, & 2 rockers to watch Tv. Wood burning stove & oil central heating makes it cosy winter and summer. Bathroom has a shower only no bath. Water is from a well onsite , solar panels heat the hot water on a sunny day. Located 6km North West of Midleton 5 km North of Carrigtwohill N25 and 4 km South East of Watergrasshill N8. Golf courses are abundant in the area and the sea is a short drive to Cobh or Ballycotton , or any of the East Cork beaches
