The Fairways is a spacious 4-bedroom luxury holiday home set in a tranquil parkland setting on West Waterford Golf Club , Dungarvan . The property was recently awarded the Bord Fáilte (Irish Tourist Board)4 star standard and is fully equipped and serviced to ensure you enjoy a wonderful holiday.There is free access to an on site tennis court and The Gold Coast and Dungarvan Golf Clubs are within 10 mins drive.
The house is located within a short distance
of the sea and the mountains and is an adeal base from which to explore the beautiful,unspoilt S/E of Ireland with its many Heritage towns .
At ground level you have a hall, fully fitted kitchen, living and dining room with an open fire, single bedroom and toilet facility. To the rear you find a furnished sunny patio area for BBQ.
