Our properties are in a lovely secluded courtyard off the main
street in this beautiful little town of Banagher.
There are only six houses in this newly built development which was only completed in December 05. Each house is just over 1200 sq. feet with the middle house being slightly bigger than the two end houses.
Each house has its own back garden with garden furniture and portable BBQ included. There are ten secure parking places for these houses.

Each house contains fully fitted kitchen with table and four chairs. Extra chairs can be arranged in advance. Each house has the following appliances; electric hob oven with extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board.

Each living room has an open turf fire with fuel provided- arrangements can be made to have fire lighting in the evening before guests return. Each living room is furnished with two couches (2 seater & 3 seater) and a coffee table.
There is a downstairs wheelchair accessible w/c and spacious hallway leading to fully carpeted stairs and bedrooms.
Each house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath and electric shower.
House no. 1 & 3:

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
