Overview

In this 3 storey house, built in 1928 in the old residential area in central Reykjavík,we have completely renovated the third floor, but still kept the original plan of the apartment intact. The house is set back from the street, so it is quiet, but the action of the city is still easy to walk to. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. In the living room is a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things for cooking a good meal, pots and pans, a refrigerator with a freezer, dishwasher and a microwave oven. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, hair drayer and a washing machine.

This two bedroom apartment is perfect for a family or a small group in downtown Reykjavík. The larger bedroom has a double bed that can be separated into two singles. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. In the living room two more people can sleep in a sofa bed. A small cot and a baby chair can be provided. The apartment is located in the heart of the city center. A newly renovated playground is located close to the house, making this a great apartment for families traveling with children. It is easy to walk almost anywhere in the city center from the apartment. Many shops and restaurants are located in the neighborhood as well as a small open late supermarket and an low price supermarket.

The Berg apartment was everything it promised to be- centrally located, quiet, well equipped... It was also immaculately cleaned, modern and the owner was extremely accommodating, pleasant and easy to reach. I highly, highly recommend booking with Anna!
