Beautiful and practical apartment for rent. The apartment is in a house situated in Laugardalur, one of Reykjavik most beautiful spots.

The flat is 88 m2, two bedrooms, large living room, bathroom (with a shower) and a kitchen. The flat is fully furnished, spacious self catering apartment and has well equipped kitchen facilities.

There is about 5 min. walk to Laugardalslaug, Reykjavi­k's largest outdoor swimming pool and it takes 10 min. to walk to Reykjavik family park ( with a small zoo and playground for children). There is 5 min walk to the nearest grocery store. Shopping is endless in Reykjavik, mall in less than 10 min driving, named Kringlan.

Sporiagrunn is located ca. 5 km from the city centre (ca. 40 min. walk or 7 min. by bus) From Keflavik airport by Flybus: The Flybus takes you to the Bus Terminal in Reykjavik and thereafter you can take a bus nr. 19 and then you have to take another nr. 12 or 14 and it will stop near Sporiagunn. By car: Follow Road nr.41 Via Hafnarfjirdur, Gardabaer and Kopavogur. Look for Sibraut and Dalbraut and then Sporiagunn on your Reykjavik map. That will lead you to our apartment.
