The apartment has everything you need. Washing machine, fridge and utensils and duvet´s. It can sleep at least four. It´s very close to down town, has a nice area around with many restaurants and shops. It´s at the first floor of a 3 apartment house. Nice and cozy area. Suits both group of friends and family. Easy parking in front of the house.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
