This appartement is located in Szentendre, a suburb visited for its spectacular ancient historic district by most people who travel to Budapest. The town is 20 km from central Budapest, also served by a frequent suburban tram that takes you to the city centre in 40 minutes.
The appartement is itself at 400 metres (5 minutes) from the tram station and 700 metres (8 minutes) from the historic town centre.
It is on the upper (first) floor of a 4-flat house in a quiet, narrow street with spacious garden (pines, lawn, even a playground) all around. Inside you find sunlit, fresh, clean and friendly rooms -2 bedrooms and a living room- with new beds and furniture. The living room is connected to a 5m2 loggia. A TV set, a CD player and ADSL Internet connection is available. The citchen is fully equipped for 6 people. There is a bathroom with separate toilet. A washing machine is also available.
