Overview
Where is the apartment? What is the locality like?
The apartment is situated in the pedestrian area of Budapest, near of Vaci Utca, close to the downtown's main square, called Deak Ter. The flat is situated on the 1th floor of one quiet, nice, renovated historical building from the XIX. Century.
What does the accomodation comprise of?
The flat consists of a large very well equipped kitchen(fridge, cooker, microwave -owen, toaster, coffe-machine, dishes, plates, table with chairs, etc...), the hall, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a large room with loft, which is equipped with antique furnitures. In the room there are : one double bed, two wardrobes, one sofabed, leather armchairs, SAT-TV and phone, etc.... The flat has a gas heating.
Any special features?
With the style of the furniture we wished to follow the patina of the old building. The house has a very special athmosphere, what you can feel immediately when you enter into.
What about public transport?
The location of this apartment is the greatest advantage, please check it on the city map. There are Metros, buses, trams, just two - three minutes walk fom the apartment.
What facilities are there in the vicinity of the apartment?
This is the most distinguished area of Budapest, with high services in every meaning. In the building there are : nonstop supermarket, photoshop, few butiques, travel agency, rentacar office, Tourinform office, etc. . Walk just 50 - 100 meters and you have arrived to the most beautiful square in Budapest, called Vorosmarty Ter, where you can taste and enjoy the best cakes and coffee specialities of the famous Gerbau Cafe and you can have a pleasant walk on the famous Vaci Utca. You can get to the Danube within three minutes by walk. You can get to Opera House also very easy by walk. If you turn to the oposite direction, just 300 m far from the apartment you reach the center of "night and music life" and you can find there a lot of places for fun, like a music-clubs, jazz-cellars, pubs, bars, Cafes and many good restaurants, as well. The most popular places are Club7, Alcatraz, Harlyes Cafe, M4, Portside, Old Man's Club, etc.. This area is maybe the best part of Budapest, you can get the confirmation from the people who already visited this city. The flat has an unique interior and if you would like to have a quiet apartment in very distinguished area, in the real center of Budapest then we are sure this flat can fulfill your wishes.
