We offer few centrally located modern and elegant flats in a brand new building.
The location (Király street, VI. district) is ideal for tourist and business guest also: few steps from the metro stops, the biggest Synagogue of Europe, the famous Andrassy avenue with the Opera House (part of the Word Heritage from UNESCO). The area is fully with restaurants and bars, coffeehouses, nice smaller shops and boutiques. The 72 m2 size flats has two bedrooms with one-one double bed and one fold-out sofas, cable TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, café machine, toaster, plates, knives and forks, etc.) with a dinning table. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower and a washing machine. Toilet in a separate room.
The flats has an air-conditioning (extra charge), balcony.
Parking place: in the underground garage of the building (10 EUR/day). Extra bed, iron and hair dryer upon request.

The private flats does not have a reception desk, so to fix a meeting time with the assistent of the owner, please send us your arrival time at the reservation.

The apartments are locatde in the Király street, in the center of Budapest. The walking and shopping area (Váci utca) are only few steps from the Deak tér/square (M1, M2, M3). The famous and elegant Andrassy avenue with the Opera House is also few steps from the flats. The VI. district is a very intresting compound of the old and romantic jewish area and culture with the modern and elegant designe shops and restaurants.
