Overview
This apartment is entered via a wide hallway that has a sofa along one wall and a striking 10 ft long wall carpet hanging.
Double glass doors lead into an expansive living room, which housed the previous owners grand piano!
This room now has an ‘L’ shaped sofa which can seat eight. There are also two other armchairs. The wall hanging theme is also featured in this room.
Off the living room are two fine double bedrooms each with a 5ft wide double bed and quality mattress. There is plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedrooms.
Back into the hall there are another set of double door leading into the fully fitted and equipped kitchen. At the end of the kitchen is the dining area with expandable dinner table.
The tiled bathroom and separate WC complete the picture.
The vacation home with its 2 double beds and sofa bed in the hallway is ideal for 4 to 5 guests

Location & area
It would be difficult to find a better location for a short stay in this amazing city.
It is located on Nagymezo utca (street), which is known as the Broadway of Budapest and is home to many of the city's famous theatres including the Thalia and The Budapest Operetta. Whilst the street runs from Bajcsy Zliniscky to Kiraly the most vibrant part is its intersection with the beautiful Andrassy Utca – less than 100 yds from our main door.
A block in one direction will find you at that most impressive of buildings, The Opera House. Whilst the same distance in the opposite direction will take you to the Franc Liszt academy and Square. Along with the plethora of cultural and artistic venues there's a vast selection of eateries, from high-end restaurants to old world coffee houses to basic eat on the go.
Budapest is a mystical city to stroll through, and with a little planning over a morning coffee (and a good pair of walking shoes) you can take in many of the city's sights and points of interest in a single day. For those who wish to avail of the remarkable transport system you can start your journey by stepping onto mainland Europe's oldest underground at 'Opera' or stroll to the river Danube and hop on the famous # 2 tram which runs along the banks of the river affording great views of the Castle and Palace and terminating at the Parliament Buildings.
Either way Nagymezo Utca is the perfect starting point!

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
