On the corner of the famous Vaci Utca and Haris Koz, in the very heart of the city centre pedestrian walkway stands this very large, elegant, classic and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom gentry apartment. The apartment is situated on the first floor (with lift) in the quieter side street of Haris Koz. Váci Utca and Haris Koz are famous for their fine restaurants, coffee shops and elegant boutiques. The river Danube is only a 2-minute walk away and there you have the best panoramic view upon the Royal Castle Hill. 150 meters from the subway.

Living-room has large banquet table and 6 chairs, 2 large sofas, (one a sofa bed)

Main bedroom has master bed, large wardrope, dressing-table, mirror, bedside chests of drawers, bedside lamps. 2 large comfortable chairs, large coffee table.
2nd bedroom has comfortable twin beds, wardrope, chest of drawers, bedside lamp, mirror.
3rd bedroom has double bed, wardrope, chest of drawers, bedside lamp.
Television room has large flat screen t.v. dvd player, double sofa bed, television cabinet, wardrope. Guests sleeping in this room have an en suite bathroom. An extra wardrope in the back hall provides extra storage for guests sleeping on sofa bed in Living room.
Kitchen has dining table and 6 chairs. Fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, gas cooker with electric oven,
toaster, kettle, iron and ironing-board, full kitchen utensils.
2 full bathrooms, one with bath and the 2nd with shower. There is also a 3rd separate toilet and washbasin.
Apartment has WiFi.

Price includes linen, towels, gas, electricity and final cleaning.
The keys are given to you on arrival at the apartment. You will be met there by an English speaking agent at a time specified by you.

Location & area

The apartment is situated in the most central part of downtown Budapest pedestrian zone. This part of Budapest is a must for all sightseers, shoppers and tourists. It is also within easy walking distance of most other tourist attractions in the city.
The apartment is relatively easily accessible by public transportation. Passengers are taken by a direct bus service (bus 200) from Terminals 2 and 1, to Kobanya-Kispest metro terminal. It takes 22 minutes from terminal 2 and about 10 minutes from terminal 1 to the Metro terminal.
By this 'blue line' (3) Metro from Kobanya-Kispest you can reach our stop Ferenciek Terre in the City centre. Car hire is not necessary within the city as public transport facilities are excellent from the apartment.
