Overview
The apartment is located on the 1st Floor of a 6 story apartment building. It is extremely safe since the police station is directly across the street with numerous cameras monitoring the street. The entrance is key coded and there is a double lock entry system into the apartment. The apartment building also has an elevator if needed.
The furnishings and decor has been professional decorated by an interior designer. The conveniences of an everyday home are at your finger tips. The apartment has an oversized balcony with seating and dining for two and overlooking a wooded park. It can accommodate 4-5 people. Washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, intercom system, wireless internet connection are all standard and included in the price of the apartment rental.
