Apartment Colonial Classic Budapest is a large luxury modern apartment with balcony, suitable for up to 6 persons, located in one of the most central parts of Budapest, by Liszt Ferenc Square and Andrassy Avenue in the Budapest’s 6th. District and surrounded by countless places of interest, cultural activities, stores, restaurants, bars, pubs, clubs etc.
The apartment is extremely quiet, however once you step outside the buildings’ front door and turn the corner you find yourself in one of the most vibrant parts of the city.
Apartment Colonial Classic is a large 130m2 area, and comprises 3 separate double bedrooms, 1 living room, a well-equipped American style kitchen/dining area and 2 bathrooms, utility room with washing machine and a 6m2 balcony.
For your security and peace-of-mind, the building features 24 hour reception and a secure underground car parking space.
Relaxation in the centre of the city: After a busy day discovering the city, apart from relaxing on your private balcony, Apartment Colonial Classic features a stunning light-filled Japanese Garden and a magnificent 120m2 landscaped roof garden with direct lift access for exclusive use by the buildings’ residents.
The kitchen has a full range of appliances including: 4-ring electric cooking hob, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee machine and all necessary pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery.
An ample supply of coffee, tea, spices, cooking oil and condiments are provided.
Also present in the apartment are washing machine, electric iron, ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, radio-alarm clock. Shampoo, shower gels, soap etc. are also provided.
There are sleeping facilities for up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms comprising 2 king-size double beds and a double sofa bed.
Wall-mounted large screen TV (cable with International channels) and free-of-charge ADSL Internet are provided.
Air-conditioning is available as an optional extra.
For the convenience of our guests, the apartment has a supply of local guides and city maps.
