The apartment is perfectly located on the quiet Havas utca in the 5th district, the downtown of Budapest. The main pedestrian and commercial street is called Váci utca and with its nice terrace restaurants, banks and shopping facilities is just 20 meters from us.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a newly renovated and stylish residential house. (There is no elevator in the house.) The flat is 55 m2 and consists of one living room with a double bed and a sofa (it can be opened to make a 5th bed ), and TV. The bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is a convenient place to stay for 5 people on significantly lower rates than found the hotels in the area.
The apartment has a TV with satellite programs, full bedding, towels, cleaning is included in the rental fee, telephone for incoming calls and for prepaid phonecards that dial toll free numbers.
The Gellért Bath is 5 min walk across the "Szabadság híd", while the Grand Market Hall is just 2 min walk away
