The studio sleeps 2 people and is located on the fourth floor of a 100 year-old house. There is an elevator that takes you up to the apartment. This great location allows you to walk to main tourist attractions, enjoy nightlife, shopping, bars and restaurants.
October - March 300 euros per week, 50 euros per night
April - Sept 420 euros per week, 65 euros per night.

Minimum stay is 2 nights. Price negotiable for 3rd and 4th person.

Outside your front door is the Danube where you can take a walk or hop on a tour boat day and night. Across the street from your front door is the Number 2 tram. This tram runs along the Danube passing by the National Academy, the Parliament, the hotel promenade and the downtown Market Hall.

The famous Vaci Utca main shopping and pedestrian street is just 100 meters away. 24/7 food store around the corner in Iranyi street. Numerous restaurants, pubs, clubs in neighborhood.

Bright studio apartment with raised split-level that gives the space a special feel. Beautifully furnished in white and light yellow.
The room has a single bed under the raised split-level and a sofa (which can sleep 2) at the wall. Both give you comfortable view of the wall-mounted cable TV. The raised split-level is simply a king-sized sleeping area with a wall lamp for night readers.
On the main level there are 2 bedside shelves, a floor lamp and a table lamp and a built-in closet with full length mirror. The room also has a large table with 4 chairs and a wicker armchair.
There is a unique oversize window facing the courtyard, thus ensuring wonderful sunshine into the apartment.
Kitchen and living room are divided by high glass-wall.
Original art on walls. Lots of built-in space to put things away.
The en suite bathroom has a bathtub, a toilet, a washbasin and 2 mirrors, as well as a washing machine. It's big window allows fresh air into the bathroom.
The beautiful cherry wood kitchen with white worktop and granite floor is small but fully equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster,coffee-machine, table-ware and cooking utensils, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is fully cleaned and serviced before arrival. Towels and bed linen are provided. The price includes all costs i.e. electricity and gas.
20% deposit required to confirm booking. Balance in cash to be paid on arrival to owner of if preferred via Paypal before arrival.
