New built 2 bedrooms apartment with garden, close to the center in a quiet green part of Budapest (14.district, Zugló, Pest side), with free, safe parking.

The downtown is 10 minutes by bus, and after sightseeing you can relax in fresh air and enjoy the sunshine.

The apartment is 55 m2 large with 2 bedrooms on two floor:

- the upper floor:
