The building is located in the 5th district which is also called as the "downtown" district, only 10 meters from the "Kalvin Ter" Metro station where you will find the blue line going towards the Airport. It is opposite the National Museum, and behind the building is the "Karoly kert" which is a stunning garden. Great Market Hall is about 8 min. to walk where locals go to upload their fridge and tourist go to see stunning architecture. Vaci shopping /pederstrian street is also a very short walk(opposit the Market hall)from the apartment.
No need to buy travelcard, the sights are easily reached on foot.
