Overview

A wonderful terracotta tiled family villa with large private pool. Up the hills above Port Nicholas in the north of Zakynthos.
Sleeps 10, with sun patios and a large garden to explore. Commanding views of the sea and kefelonia. Not overlooked by anyone. A wonderful place to escape too.
Away from the main tourist towns but close to the Port for restaurants, ferries to local attractions such as the blue caves and the ship wreak, wonderful local beaches and a great sailing club, perfect for water sports and the teenagers!!
Spacious open plan sitting room, Kitchen/dining room with doors onto the patios to give an airy feel to the villa. Plenty of sun patios for sun and shade. Cleaners,a gardener and poolman are there to look after you every need! A car is a must for this villa.
The sun rises each morning are truely spectacular. This is the place to come and escape too.

Location & area

The villa is in the hills above Port Nicholas in The North of Zakynthos. 40 minutes drive from the airport. Volimes is the nearest village with shops, where you can buy local produce,honey, pottery and rugs. The port has ferries that go to islands nearby like Kefelonia. You can also hire boats from here to explore beahces and hidden coves or take a ferry to see the blue caves and ship wreak which are both wonderful.



There are shops, restaurants, local beaches all within 5 minutes drive. You need a car for this villa. The views are breathtaking from the villa, totally unspolit. A villa under the stars, a place to relax and unwind.. near water sports for the children and a large private pool, not overlooked if you choose to stay at home and use the BBQ on the patios.

There are 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, double beds and ceiling fans. Both with wonderful views and balconies to the sea.



2 bedrooms with single beds that can be made into doubles, both with ensuite shower rooms and ceiling fans. 1 bedroom below the terrace with 2 single beds that can become a double with an ensuite shower room and ceiling fan. great for teenagers or a nanny away from the main house.



The Cleaners come every few days to make the beds, clean the house, change the sheets. please bring own beach towels. other towels are provided. There is a pool man, to keep the pool clean and a gardener to water the plants and keep the garden tidy.
The open plan sitting room/dinning room has seating for 10. There is an open fire and cnetral heating. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the equipment that you need for your holiday. Doors open onto the patio where the BBQ is. There are a number of terraces at the villa, some leading to the pool, so small children must be supervised during their stay.
