Overview

"Kavos Psarou" is built under the local architecture of Ionian islands, is set in a tranquil, refreshing, green, Mediterranean environment. Kavos Psarou is built in a big by the sea estate having a 260m "private" beach.The growth of our land and the easy access to the sea will provide you convenience and calmness making "Kavos Psarou" an ideal summer holiday accommodation.Kavos Psarou has 4 studios on the ground floor and 4 on the 1st floor. Studios are suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, they have 2 single beds plus a sofa bed. There is also possibility for a folding bed, on request. The rooms are spacious 32m2 with large balconies with sea view. All rooms have
kitchenette fully equipped (oven, toaster, coffee machine, kitchenware, cutlery, small fridge) and bathroom with shower. All studios have satellite T.V. and are provided with air condition.Linens and towels are changed every four days.Towels you can change also sooner.
Kavos Psarou have 2 newly built apartments (ready from May 2005) at the upper floor (attic). Each apartment has one bedroom with double bed, one sitting room with sofa-beds, kitchen and bathroom. They are very spacious (45m2) and can accommodate 4 adults. There is also capability for one extra folding bed. In the front part of the attics there are large balconies with superb sea view. Decoration and furniture is made with special care. The kitchen is fully equipped with big fridge, cooking top, oven with air extractor and all commodities for your everyday needs (oven, toaster,coffee machine, kitchenware, cutlery etc.). The bathroom is large with bathtub. Apartments are air-conditioned with individually operated units.The sitting room is equipped with wooden furniture and 21 inches satellite T.V.Apartments are also provided with safe-box free of charge. Linens and towels are changed every 4 days.

Kavos Psarou is a delightful block of apartments in Meso Gerakari village at Psarou resort. It is located at the centre of Zakynthos island east coast, with superb view to Ionian Sea and Cephalonia island. Due to its position, distances at every part of the island are short making it suitable for excursions. The accommodation is built in an estate with typical Mediterranean vegetation surrounded by grass, flowers and olive trees.
