The Emerald Deluxe Villas are located on the top of a private hill, close to the Askos Stone Park in the area of Agios Nikolas, Skinari. The serene beauty and natural unspoilt surroundings of this area makes it one of the most beautiful places on the island. The area is an ideal place for guests seeking to relax in an atmosphere of tranquillity, explore the area with gentle strolls, hiking or hire a bicycle.
The villas are close to the port of Agios Nikolas where you can take a boat trip to visit the famous attractions of the Shipwreck and Blue Caves or take the ferry boat that departs on a daily crossing to the neighbouring island of Kefalonia. Completely isolated and independent, each villa has its own private grounds, private swimming pool with jacuzzi, children's pool, playground, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area,4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with beautiful decor and all the modern facilities needed for a comfortable stay.
There is daily maid service, pool care and linen changed every 2 days. Pool towels provided.

The Emerald Deluxe Villas are located on the top of a private hill, close to the Askos Stone Park in the area of Agios Nikolas, Skinari.

The serene beauty and natural unspoilt surroundings of this area makes it one of the most beautiful places on the island with its lush green countryside, pine clad hillsides, mountains, deep blue sea and sandy shores. The area is an ideal place for guests seeking to relax in an atmosphere of tranquillity, explore the area with gentle strolls, hiking or hire a bicycle.

The villas are close to the port of Agios Nikolas where you can take a boat trip to visit the famous attractions of the Shipwreck and Blue Caves or take the ferry boat that departs on a daily crossing to the neighbouring island of Kefalonia.

There are many sandy beaches close to the villas including the famous Makris Gialos beach and the natural health spa of Xigia.
Also this northeast area of the island is famous for its many traditional tavernas with their friendly atmosphere, using home made recipes to cook the delicious local cuisine.

Each villa is 440sqm (180sqm internal space and 360sqm exterior fenced place.
The ground floor consists of an open plan dining/living area and a fully equipped kitchen with: electric cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils.
There is sat TV, DVD player, CD/radio player, movies/books collection,wireless internet service, telephone/fax service etc. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and ensuite bathroom and the other with one single bed and a separate shower room with toilet and basin.
The first floor consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed, and one with 2 single beds, both with ensuite bathrooms.

Both villas have their private shaded parking area, private full tiled pool (40sqm)with hydromassage, children's pool, playground, sun loungers and umbrellas, covered terrace with table and chairs for 8 people, extra seating area, an outdoor shower with cold and hot water and BBQ. Maid service and pool care are available every day. Bath towels and linen changed every 2 days. Pool towels, bathrobes, bed slippers are provided.
