Overview

Emerald Classic Villas are built according to high standards of luxury and comfort with private pools and all the modern amenities, and offer the ideal retreat for quests who want to experience privacy and relaxation, while on holiday in Zakynthos.
Emerald Classic Villas composed of eight independent stone villas devided to: - Four large villas of 105 sqm each one ( for 4-6 persons) and four small villas of 80 sqm each one ( for 2-4 persons). Each villa has an exterior private fenced space of 185 sqm and set on an area of 1000 sqm.
The distances between the villas ensure the privacy of their quests. All villas are two storey, with two bedrooms and a bathroom with Jacuzzi on the first floor and an open plan living-dining area, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils, and a separate WC on the ground floor. Private parking area, private swimming pool with sun lounges and umbrellas, large veranda and balcony, safe deposit box, air-condition, wireless internet access, satellite TV provided in every villa.
Luxurious daily services (maid service, pool cleaning, reception) are also provided in the most discreet way.

In the unspoiled North Coast of Zakynthos you will find the traditional mountain village of Agios Nikolas located in the area known as Volimes.
Agios Nikolaos is famous for the Blue Caves, Shipwreck and the wonderful Makris Gialos beach. You can find seaside restaurants serving delicious fresh fish of your choice or if you wish, you can find many places where you can do your own fishing.
Agios Nikolaos is only 30km away from the main city of Zakynthos where you can also find the main port of the island. If you choose to visit the island by private boat, you can moor your boat at the port of Agios Nikolas which is only 300m away from Emerald Villas.

Classic Large: A two floor villa sleeping a maximum of 6 persons.
The ground floor consists of an open plan dining/living area and a fully equipped kitchen with: electric cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils.
The lounge area is comfortably furnished and also has a large double sofa bed sleeping two people. There is satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, movies/books collection.
There is also a separate WC room which has a wash-hand basin and toilet.
A wooden staircase leads you to the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has a bath with Jacuzzi and shower, hairdryer, wash-hand basin and toilet.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, safe deposit box, patio doors and furnished balcony.
