Villa Areti is a brand new property for 2008 and is situated in Poriarata, Trapezaki,Kefalonia on the southern coast of the island. Set amongst the olive and carob groves it offers a peaceful location for a holiday yet is close to local amenities. There are views across Lourdas bay towards Zakynthos and stunning mountain views.
The villa comprises three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin each with its own shower room.
There is a large kitchen/dining and living area and patio areas. All rooms have airconditioning.Washing machine, Fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Hi Fi system, DVD player,bed linen,sun loungers are all provided.
Car parking for three cars-car hire is essential.
