Overview

Set amongst olive groves with easy access to Stafylos Bay and Skopelos Town, Villa Stafylos sleeps up to four people.

This well appointed two bedroom villa enjoys glorious views across the countryside and to the mountains yet is only a 20 minute walk to Stafylos Beach. It will appeal to families and couples who want privacy and solitude with the luxury of their own private pool whilst being near to the beaches, tavernas and shops of Stafylos and the night life of Skopelos Town.

On the ground floor is a large open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with an attractive beamed ceiling and fireplace plus a downstairs toilet. The kitchen area comes complete with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Stairs from the lounge lead to the first floor where there is a large double bedroom adjacent to a smaller room with two bunk beds. Both bedrooms have their own balcony and they both share a modern bathroom with shower and w.c.

The furnished balcony enjoys lovely mountain views across the olive groves and outside you'll find the private pool, gardens and barbecue. If you like horses, the owners horse 'Sabelle' lives in an adjacent field.

It's nearly always the man who tends a barbecue, accepting praise for slapping a piece of meat over the hot coals, tongs in one hand and beer in the other and what better place to hone your culinary skills than on this magnificent specimen.
