Overview

This splendid pool villa is designed to take full advantage of the incredible view of the Aegean sea,Skiathos and Evia islands afforded by its unique hilltop location.Villa offers privacy and easy access to the island beaches.The property has 3 bedrooms(2 double beds and 2 single beds),1 water basin/bathtub with jaccussi and 1 wc/shower.
The main entrance leads to a spacius sitting room,comfortably furnished with a traditional corner fireplace.Large windows face out to exelent view,the smimming pool and the forest.Villa is well appointed throughout and fully airconditioned.Kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher)and there is wc/shower with washing machine on the ground floor.The french door lead to a wonderfull large veranta with large dinning table for out door meals and to the private swimming pool(7.6 x 4 m)with sunbeds.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms with traditional style visible roofs all with large balconies and exelent view.on this floor there is also a modernspacius wc with full sized jaccussi bath.
Maid service twice weekly
Car reccomented but not essential(1 km from Glossa village.
