Alkyon Villas is situated in Sivota. Sivota or Mourtos is a magnificent area on the North West coast of Greece, at Thesprotia. Our complex of three apartments and two maisonettes want to satisfy our visitors providing hospitality, offering relaxation in the beautiful courtyard or the verandas overlooking the splendid view, dive into the swimming-pool or enjoy the wild nature that surrounds the villas. From Alkyon Villas you can walk down to the marina of Sivota or sunbath on the beaches very close to us. All rooms of Alkyon Villas have air-conditioned, satellite TV, DVD-CD player,safe-box, refrigerator, microwave, cooker, oven, all the necessary kitchen appliances such as kettle, toaster, coffee machine, plates, glasses etc., parking and free internet access. Alkyon Villas is situated in Sivota. Sivota or Mourtos (Thesprotia, Epirus) is a magnificent area on the North West coast of Greece. Surrounded by the Ionian Sea, it is a natural bay with a variety of small islands and unique beaches. Our complex of small apartments was built in order to satisfy our visitors providing hospitality. Our guests can relax in the beautiful courtyard or the verandas overlooking the view of the bay, dive into pool or enjoy the nature that surrounds the villas. Alkyon Villas has the advantage of being away from the crowded places of the village but at the same time only 5 minutes walk away from it. The centre of Sivota is the graphical marina with restaurants, bars, mini markets, bakery and groceries. The marina offers small boats that you can rent. Sivota offers a wide variety of beaches with crystal waters, water sports and other facilities. You can choose to visit one close to Alkyon (400 meters the closest one). Close to Alkyon you can also test your soccer skills by visiting the 5-a side grass court.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
