the house is devided in 3 parts-2 studio appartements, each with a bedroom, sitting area bathroom+toilet and a fully acquipped kitchenette, cable tv and aircondition. The bigger part consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 with 2 singles), livingroom, fully acquipped kitchen with dining table, bathroom+toilet. 2 cable tv, aircondition.
All the house is surrounded with verandas to sit and enjoy the view.The garden is full with olive tres, grapes, fig, pommegranate, flowers, and mediterranean spices.And the view is majestic !!!
At your dispoasal a car(seats 5)- to easily reach beaches (3 min.-20min. drive)- supermarkets, backeries, farmers selling their goods etc.)
You can simply relax and enjoy !!

Location & area

on the way that leades between the main village of Sifnos- Apollonia, and the fishing village and widest bay of Sifnos, on the south-east side pf the island- there, overlooking the sea and the valley descending- stands our house. There are severa; other houses scattered on the surrounding hills- but mainly goats and sheep..right next to the house stands the tiny church of Agios Prokopios- the saint of good luck.
