This small family villa, welcomes you in an extremely special and warm atmosphere, which combines the advantages of a small quality hotel with the personal care of a family business.

Fotis and Joanna successfully restored the family hotel, giving emphasis to traditional decorations and to the equipment.

The villa offers daily cleaning, car rental, luggage storage, airport/port pick-up, towels, internet access, free maps, travel information and organisation of alternative activities (horse/donkey riding, winery visits, volcano trips and walking).

The villa is located only 70 metres from the black sand beach of Perissa and only 50 metres from Perissa�s Water Park.



Perissa is the most famous beach of Santorini and it is also very close to a nice archaeological place, the Ancient Thira. Villa Philothera is located halfway between the beach and the main road.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
