This recently build villa has 4 spacious bedrooms ,a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, an open plan dining area, a sitting room with TV and 4 bathrooms. All the bedrooms are double, modern ,cozy and very large and all have their own bathrooms with shower and bath tub. The Master bedroom has a bath tub inside for a romantic atmosphere. Two of the other bedrooms have private terraces. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. Outside there is the pool (14x6m) with the sun beds where you can relax and catch the sun rises.

The villa has two chill out areas with summer kitchen which is also fully equipped , BBQ , changing room and a covered alfresco dining area. The house is air-conditioned , have Satellite TV & DVD and two CD players, one in the house and one by the pool (IPod connection).

The house is perfect for a group of friends and families.
