Overview

Kolympus View Villas are a new villa rental development located in the region of Afandou, Rhodes, one of the most up and coming resort areas on the island of Rhodes. These six villas offer luxurious accommodation for the perfect getaway. Situated on a small hillside that offers scenic mountain views from the front and breathtaking sea views from the back, Kolympus View Villas reside within a beautiful peaceful location and provide the perfect mix of relaxation with the option to have the vibrant village of Afandou in very close proximity. The six villas are semi-detached and form part of the same complex. All villas are complete with air conditioning, double glazing, window shutters and screens, parking area for two cars to front, cleaning service and pool/garden maintenance. The villas comprise of a very spacious kitchen with dining area with patio doors leading to gardens and pool area. The kitchen is well stocked including oven and hob, sink area, family size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board and all relevant kitchen utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, crockery etc. The living room is modern and spacious with patio doors leading to balcony which boasts beautiful views towards the beach and Afandou village. Tastefully decorated with dark brown settee which converts to two single sofa beds, coffee table and entertainment display unit complete with flat screen LCD television, DVD player and CD music system. The dining area has a dining table situated in the large open plan kitchen area which seats six people for indoor dining. The outside area consists of patio/dining area, garden and plunge pool 5m x 2.5m.
