Overview

Mary and Georgia villas built in 2008 are 2 beautiful modern built villas , each with its own private pool,garden and garage located on the outskirts of the village of Gerani some 9 km away from the beautiful town of Rethymno where all the amenities can be found. In the village of Gerani itself there are a couple of taverns and supermarkets.The beach of Gerani is at the distance of 2,5 km away.

Each villa has a size of 110 sqm and accommodates up to 6 people. Entering each villa and on the ground floor there is a nice sitting and dining area next to an open plan fully equipped kitchen.From there french doors open onto a beautiful covered veranda with patio furniture , next to the pool and the garden. Further more on the same floor there are 2 bedooms one with a double bed and one with two single beds sharing a large bathroom with a bathtub. An internal marble staircase leads to the upper floor where is one double bedroom with a balcony with beautiful views to the sourounding area and a bath/ WC .All bedooms are airconditioned. Each villa has a large garden where is the private pool in a size of 32 sqm with sun beds and umbrellas.In the garden there is also a playground for children. A car is considered to be essential for exploring the area and the whole island.
