Overview

There are 3 free standing buildings in line in our 4000sq.m. property with surrounding gardens, verandas and a large 18*6m open swimming pool with direct view of the Portoheli gulf.The green blooming gardens with the external sofas and chairs either in front of the bar or on the upper level all around offer a relaxing environment. If on the other hand enjoy a good grill feel free to use our built in BBQ and enjoy even a better view. For your convenience a large marble table allows easily to 8 people to sit and eat while a sink and benches make the preparation easier.We live in the property and occupy the first floor and attic of the the middle building. The self catered apartments have all the amenities for cooking and eating comfortably. Cutlery, plates, kitchen towels are provided for your convenience and you may either enjoy eating in the dining table inside or the balcony/terrace table.In the living room a double sofa bed and armchairs can be used for relaxing with your favorite book, while in the bedroom you may enjoy a good night's sleep on our double bed. There is enough space in the wardrobes for your clothes and also for your personal items at the bedside tables. The bathroom includes a shower cabin, the toilet, sink and a small trolley for placing all your hygienic items.

Location & area

We are situated in the East Peloponnese in the Argosaronic region very close to the island of Spetses, 5 minutes to the port of Kosta by car and then 10 minutes crossing by ferry.From the port of Ermioni, 20 minutes away by car from our place you take the 'flying dolphin' ( and in 35 minutes you are at the island of Hydra. Always by car and on a longer day you may chose to visit the island of Poros, 1 hour and 15 minutes away to Galatas, where you cross by ferry in 3 minutes or visit the historical city of Nafplio. Epidaure is 40 minutes away with its historical theater while to visit Mycenae you will need a long day excursion.Also remember that in none of the islands you are allowed to cross with a car but you may always hire a bicycle or a motorbike.

All our apartments are equipped with air conditioning (cold/warm) and TV with national channels. Cleaning is every third day and we provide you with fresh linen and towels. Our BBQ and bar are free to be used by you, you may place your drinks in the fridges in the bar and enjoy a relaxing evening sipping your drink. Please note that our largest flat No.3(attic style) has no balcony, but you are more than welcome to use any of the external spaces mentioned above.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
  • If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
  • Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
