Care-taker lives in separate house on the property.Master bedroom on first floor with adjoining bathroom and living room. Ten minute walk to sandy beach and quiet taverna. Ten-minute drive to main town of Parikia, ten-minute drive to ferry to Antiparos.Ground floor fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and living area.Small, quite ground floor bedroomGround floor opens to an archway perfect for outdoor breakfasts and candle lit dinners.
