The main house is 200 sq. meters in two levels, on the first level is the kitchen, the dinning area, one bedroom with a bathroom, a small bathroom for the guests and a storage room, it has big verandas outside about 60 sq. meters. On the upper level, is the living room with fire place, bar, a big veranda with sea view, two bedrooms, one big and one small bathroom. On the ground floor there is a guest house (50 sq. meters) with one bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen area.
Outside on the ground floor is the swimming pool with Jacuzzi facilities and Jet Stream, there is a small BBQ and a pool bar, there is also a big BBQ area and traditional stoned oven. The area around the villa is protected by high stoned walls. The villa is about 1km from the beach. The rates based for 8 persons.
