The studios are new and all have fully equipped kitchens, TV,air conditioning, spacious bathrooms (with either shower or bath tub) and terraces with sea view.
The location comprises the peacefulness of the outskirts with the proximity (about 10 minutes walk) of the town center. A small secluded beach is located 50 meters from Votsalo, which makes it ideal for a quiet swim any time of day (or night).

At a 100 meters range you can find a super market, a bakery and a gas station, and you can also catch a bus going to Parikia from just across the street.
